PRECISO DE AJUDA

SOU GERENTE DE UMA EMPRESA DESDE QUE ELA FOI ABERTA Á 7 ANOS MAS NÃO SOU SOCIA NEM TENHO QUALQUER PARTICIPAÇÃO OU QUOTA DA EMPRESA.
A EMPRESA VAI CEDER A TOTALIDADE DAS AS QUOTAS E EU IREI SAIR DE GERENTE FICANDO DESEMPREGADA.
DESCONTEI TODOS ESTES ANOS PARA A SEGURANÇA SOCIAL E A SEGURANÇA SOCIAL DIZ QUE NÃO TENHO DIREITO A DESEMPREGO POIS PERTENÇO AOS   órgãos estatutários , DIZEM QUE SÓ TERIA DIREITO SE A EMPRESA FOSSE ENCERRADA POR DIFICULDADES E PREJUIZOS OU INSOLVENCIA , SEMPRE TRABALHEI E FIZ OS DESCONTOS , O QUE DIZEM ESTÁ CORRETO ?, HÁ ALGUMA COISA QUE POSSA FAZER ? AGRADEÇO AJUDA
